Welcome to Urgentix Telehealth, operated by RN Empowerment Co. LLC. By using this website and our services, you agree to the following:
1. Not for Emergencies
This service is for non-emergency conditions only. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for urgent or life-threatening issues.
2. Provider-Patient Relationship
Use of this website does not establish a provider-patient relationship. This relationship is only established after completion of intake, consent, payment, and a virtual visit.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and physically located in a state where the provider is licensed at the time of your visit.
4. Services Provided
We offer limited virtual urgent care services. Not all conditions can be diagnosed or treated online.
5. Payment Terms
All services are cash-pay only. Payment is required prior to the visit. Fees are non-refundable after services are rendered.
6. Prescriptions
Prescriptions are not guaranteed. Controlled substances will not be prescribed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Urgentix Telehealth and RN Empowerment Co. LLC are not liable for damages resulting from use of services to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Urgentix Telehealth is a cash-pay service. We do not accept insurance.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before your scheduled time for a full credit.

Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.
